Sources readers can examine
Medical and scientific claims should link to primary research, regulator guidance or authoritative health organizations. Every story includes contributor information, relevant sources and an update date. Demonstration contributors do not represent real clinical credentials. The VITALNEX Source Desk is an organizational attribution for AI-assisted source summaries, not an invented human journalist or clinician.
Review before publication
The CMS supports draft, review, scheduled and published states, with a record of revisions. Health claims require an appropriately qualified human reviewer. AI-assisted content must be checked by a person; the system does not automatically generate or publish clinical conclusions.
Honest product coverage
Hands-on testing, manufacturer claims and specification comparisons must be identified separately. Scores in archived demo reviews are illustrative. Consumer wellness tracking must not be presented as a regulated medical function without checking the specific product, feature and market.
Commercial transparency
Any future sponsored story or affiliate link must be clearly identified where it appears. Advertising and sponsored stories are labeled where they appear; affiliate relationships require a visible disclosure. Advertising must not influence editorial or medical review decisions.
Corrections are part of good reporting
Substantive updates should state what changed and why. The CMS stores article revisions and optional change notes. Readers can submit a correction with the relevant story URL and evidence to the editorial inbox.
